Information
Since its creation in 1998, the Foundation
has received more than $2 million in cumulative contributions
from individuals, corporations, corporate matching gift programs
and designations. Since that time we have awarded over $1.8
million in grants for community-related projects in pursuit
of our mission.
The Foundation is governed by a volunteer
Board of Directors and supported by volunteer officers and one paid staff member. This
results in minimal operating costs – all of which have
been funded to date by Board members' and officers' contributions.
The Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit
organization. All donations are tax deductible.
